FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises two-stage dispersing with the use of high-speed means thus providing cavitation and preliminary two-stage separating with introducing washer agent in both of the stages of separation. The device comprises first and second separators connected in series and batcher for washing agent. The outlets of the batcher are connected with the inlets of the first and second separators. The outlet of the second separator is connected with the inlet of the high-speed mechanical powder dispenser. The outlet for liquid of the second separator is connected with the inlet for liquid of the cavitation activator.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
