FIELD: armaments, applicable in influence firing mechanisms of ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: the method is based on target diction by laser sounding of the space by two light beams and recording of the reflected radiation by two receivers with a subsequent analysis of the receiver signals. One receiver identifies the target at a long distance from the ammunition, and the other - at a short distance. The time interval between the identification moments is measured, the rate of closure of the ammunition to the target is estimated, then the time delay of the charge blasting depending on the rate of closure is formed.
EFFECT: provided charge blasting at an optima; distance from the target irrespective of the ammunition velocity.
