SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to cutting and frying goose meat in grease, chopping and freezing new white cabbage and onions. Wheat flour should be fried and the greens should be cut. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with sour cream, table white wine, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, caraway, red pepper, Jamaica pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained and bone broth should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The canned food suggested is of higher digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
