SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical diagnostics field and can be used in carrying out physiological and psychophysiological monitoring of the performance and reliability of specialists in hazardous occupations. Preliminary registration and analysis of a number of physiological and psychophysiological parameters is carried out and on their basis a "physiological passport" of a specialist is constituted. Additionally, the parameters of a specialist's functional state are recorded directly in the process of performing professional tasks. Then, based on a comparison of the current values of all indicators with their individual optimal values, a functional state integral indicator (FSII) is calculated from the "physiological passport". Degree of deviation of the specialist's performance from the optimal level is determined by the value of the FSII, such as: high, acceptable state, conditionally acceptable state, unacceptable state of decompensation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the efficiency of the operational control of the functional state and the forecasting of the performance of specialists in hazardous occupations by increasing the reliability of the received data on the deviations of the physiological and psychophysiological parameters of specialists in the course of their activities.
