FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out thoracotomy on the right side to access the right lung. Then, right lung top lobe is mobilized, mediastinotomy is carried out, arteries, veins and bronchial tube are identified and exposed, subsequently ligating, suturing and crossing them. Tracheopericardial, right bronchopericardial and interbifurcation ligaments are transected in addition. Upper lobe of the tight lung is removed next to it.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; retained air-conducting function of bronchial tube; prevented ventilation disorders and lung lobe atelectasis.
