FIELD: medicine, thoracic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with operative interferences to resect inferior pulmonary lobe. For this purpose it is necessary to suture infralobar artery and bronchus together as a single block followed by strengthening the mechanical suture with interrupted ones under the control of fibrobronchoscope. The innovation enables to save circulation of bronchus' stump maximally and provide its reliable sealing, prevent the chance for the onset of bronchial fistulas and, also, enables to prevent potential lesion of arterial wall during its isolation due to applying a binding apparatus without bronchus' "skeletonization".
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
