FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making longitudinal duct incision in pancreas body and head under ultrasonic control. Calculi are removed from the duct. Calculus being detected outside of main pancreatic duct incision zone in pancreas head, optoelectronic device beam is directed between two separated forceps members and the calculus is caught under optoelectronic device control. The calculus is removed the direction opposite to pancreatic juice flow direction.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of surgical treatment.
