FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating the patients with lithiasis of the main pancreatic duct. One should apply working elements of a capturing device into the lumen of the main pancreatic duct to capture the stone and remove it out of the duct in reverse direction. After lithoextraction it is necessary to introduce a working end of elastic tube into the main pancreatic duct up to the site of previous disposition of the stone. Through the tube one should introduce perfluorane emulsion, simultaneously the tube should be tightened up. In peculiar case, perfluorane emulsion should be introduced into the duct at the dosage not exceeding the volume of its cavity. The innovation is directed to decrease the frequency of complications, prevent permeability disorders of the main pancreatic duct in early post-surgical period along with the development of pain syndrome due to decreasing the edema of the wall of the affected duct and improving the conditions for microcirculation in it.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
