FIELD: metallurgy industry; devices of the in-line treatment of the molten metal with the gas and filtration.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the in-line treatment of the molten metal with the gas and filtration, in particular, to the device used for treatment of the stream of the molten metal. The device (1) contains the ladle (2), tools (11, 12, 13, 14) connecting the device with at least one feeding the molten metal launder (15) and with at least one molten metal tapping launder (16), the tools (22, 22a, 22b) for blowing of the treating gas in the molten metal and mounted at least in one lateral wall (32, (33) of the ladle (2) and located in the arranged above stream-wise part(23) of the working chambers (20) of the ladle (2), and at least one filtering tool (40) in the arranged bellow stream-wise part (24)of the working chamber allocated below streamwise unit. Each of the tools for the molten metal feeding in and tapping contains at least one hole (9, 10)located so that it completely was under the level (26) of the molten metals during the treatment, hindering thus to permeation of the surrounding air into the working chamber during the process of the treatment. The technical result of the invention is the fact, that the device for the molten metal treatment is compact and allows to treat the molten metal with the gas and to conduct filtration of the molten metal stream circulating in the indicated launders.

EFFECT: the invention ensures that the device for the molten metal treatment has the compact design, allows to treat the molten metal with the gas and to conduct filtration of the molten metal stream circulating in the indicated launders.
