SUBSTANCE: combined icicle formation prevention device comprises roof heater including heat pipes. Heat pipes have evaporation sections arranged in vent channel and condensation sections fastened below drain pipes and gutters of the roof. Evaporation sections of heat pipes include additional heaters with independent switching-on means made as electric heaters or heat-exchanger included in hot-water heating system.
