METHOD FOR DESTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC F42D3/00 E04G23/08 

FIELD: civil engineering work associated with demolishing of erected buildings, applicable for destruction of physically and morally obsolete buildings, as well as of buildings subject to demolishing.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in drilling of blast-holes in the plate of separation of the load-carrying structures, placing of lengthened explosive charges in them, filling of the mouth of the blast-holes with stemming, cabling of the blasting system and subsequent blasting. The blast-holes are drilled in load-bearing walls 3, contiguities and corners. The blast-holes in parallel walls 3 are disposed with and inclination towards the selected demolishing of walls, and the angle of inclination is taken to be equal to contact friction angle for the wall material. The drilled blast-holes are filled by turn with a concrete mix expanding at solidification and with explosive charges with a water stemming of the central part and with blasting means, after that a certain time lag in required for solidification of the expanding concrete mix and formation of inclined chinks 2 in walls 3, and vertical chinks in the corners.

EFFECT: reduced amount of explosive charges required for destruction of the building and reduced harmful action of the blast wave on the building arranged in the closed proximity.
