FIELD: lighting engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed light-emitting assembly has translucent substrate and light beam dissipating MEANS in the form of fluorescent coat covering mentioned substrate. Method for creating fluorescence of light-emitting assembly includes generation of light beam that acts on mentioned fluorescent coat. Light beam being generated has wavelength chosen between values given in formula. Device implementing proposed method has case incorporating translucent face. Case accommodates light source in the form plate-mounted light-emitting diodes and dissipating means. Wavelength of light emitted by light-emitting diodes is chosen between values given in formula; case has light-reflecting inner surface; mentioned face is made in the form of mentioned substrate with mentioned light-dissipating means. Novelty is that fluorescent coat incorporates light-transmitting component as binder and photo-phosphor, as filler. Amount of photo-phosphor, fluorescent coat thickness and coat transmittance are given in invention specification.

EFFECT: simplified design, facilitated procedure, improved luminance of light-emitting surface and brightness, enhanced efficiency of light source.
