SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, when a communication line between base station and mobile station is interrupted, mobile station and infrastructure set up potential emergency restoration base stations. Base station of original cell contacts all neighbors capable of call restoring as potential emergency restoration base stations. Call restoration operation is considered to be emergency restoration operation. Mobile station sets up soft service transfer for emergency restoration base station, and uses default channel and alternative channel during that. When service transfer is finished, emergency restoration base station stops using the channel by default.
EFFECT: increased call restoring reliability.
