SUBSTANCE: In case of problems with communication line between mobile station and base station mobile station and infrastructure organize in advance potential saving base stations; mobile station disconnects transmitter in the course of recovery process and transmission power is raised in the coarse of recovery to transmit pilot-signal level measurement message until message informing about direction of service transfer is received, transmission power level being increased to maximum.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of call recovery procedure.
