FIELD: electric engineering, electric heating induction devices powered by industrial frequency currents; possible use for heating living spaces, vehicle cabins and trailers, and also for temporary or constant heating and maintaining of given temperature of any liquid products (mineral oils, oil admixtures, boiler oils, diesel fuel, tars, paraffin, etc), located in vessels (reservoirs, separating tanks, cisterns, tanks, bullets), by full immersion of heater into aforementioned liquid products.

SUBSTANCE: low frequency induction heater contains one or more coils, each one of which is made in form of one-layered Archimedean spiral made of electro-conductive material with external insulation and low specific electric resistance, wherein coils are interconnected and buried in electro-insulating material, and output ends of coils are made with possible connection to industrial frequency electric current source. In accordance to method, coils are connected electrically and held together by electro-insulating material in form of one-layered induction surface, on both sides of induction surface sheets of black metal, for example, steel sheets, are mounted, which are rigidly interconnected with ensured full contact of internal surface of each sheet and adjacent side surface of induction sheet. Coils may be positioned across the area of one-layered induction surface in one or more rows. Coils may have different geometrical dimensions. Electric connection of coils may be realized in serial, parallel or parallel-serial form.

EFFECT: increased comfort of heater operation, decreased time needed for its installation.
