FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: pin has round cross-section, curve, part with tip and part for blocking proximal fragments. The latter is made with coaxial threaded opening at side of pin. Pin is made with steps: it has part for blocking proximal fragments, which part has larger cross-section area; part with tip, which part has smaller cross-section area; transient part which has cone-shaped form, transient part is disposed between parts with smaller and bigger cross-section areas. Curve is disposed at bigger cross-section square part to have space in relation to edge of pin, which area equals or us bigger than 0,65 length of bigger cross-section square part; it has angle of 5°. Part with bigger cross-section square is made with six lateral openings not including space from edge of pin: first, second, fifth and sixth openings intend for blocking screws and are disposed in perpendicular to axis of pin; fourth opening intends for compression screw. Axis of first opening is disposed at plane of symmetry. Axis of fourth opening is disposed at plane of symmetry of pin to have cross-section of axis of part at distance from edge of pin, which distance equals to half length of the part at angle to axis of pin being equal to 60°. Axes of second and third openings are disposed to have spaces in relation to edge being equal or shorter to 0,2 and 0,3 length of bigger cross-section square part at angle of 20° to plane of symmetry. Axes of fifth and sixth openings are disposed at plane of symmetry of pin to have space in relation to edge of pin, which space equals or is bigger than 0,75 length of bigger cross-section square part and in perpendicular to axis of part in site where openings are located.

EFFECT: compression of bone fragments at fractures of neck of shoulder bone.
