SUBSTANCE: method involves applying combined ablation. First, myopic ablation is carried out at depth corresponding to myopia under correction increased by 2.0 D in mild myopia cases and 2.5 D in moderate myopia cases. Then hypermetropic ablation is carried out at depth corresponding to 1.0 D in mild myopia cases and to 1.5 D in moderate myopia cases.

EFFECT: spherical cornea shape after treatment; improved vision function in daytime and under mesotopic conditions.
