SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, is applied in performing excimer laser operations Wavefront-Guided LASIK. Before operation all aberrations are measured. Ablation file calculation is carried out with introduction of data of lower-order aberrations -defocus, astigmatism, in case of higher-order aberration, first, selected are those aberrations whose absolute values are higher than 0.1375 mcm, after that, the highest in absolute value magnitude is selected and only it from all higher-order aberrations is put into calculated ablation file.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase intervention efficiency due to improvement of image accuracy, perform operation in patients with small cornea thickness.
