The dispergator contains the body, the stud with the fixers, the impellers of the greater dimension, the impeller of the smaller dimension, the spring, the bushes. The vanes of the impellers have the sharp edges. The impellers are gyrated in the counter directions. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased efficiency for provision of the homogenization of the oil-and-gas stream in the oil-and-gas pipeline.
