FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for oil industry and can be used in chemical, oil and gas and other industries to produce homogeneous mixtures in pipeline main lines. Device consists of a base in the form of a pin and pointed impellers impregnated on it, made with different diameters. Disperser is a system of a given number of sections with the same functions, pivotally connected to each other, and near the peripheral end on the pin a flexible partition is fixed. All sections of system have same length. Connection rings are installed in section joints. Partition is made of elastic polymer material.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of cleaning tubing string.
