FIELD: industrial vacuum thermal furnaces, possibly for soldering large-size metallic parts.
SUBSTANCE: vacuum furnace has pressure vessel with cylindrical wall. Size and arrangement of vessel lid are such that it may close one end of cylindrical wall of vessel. Manipulation system having supporting member for part being heat treated in furnace or soldered is mounted on lid. Manipulation system has apparatus providing rotation of part during its treatment in furnace. First vacuum system is connected to vessel for creating evacuation inside housing and in heating zone. Part is connected with second vacuum system used for creating evacuation inside part at soldering it.
EFFECT: possibility for providing improved-quality soldered joint of very large metallic parts.
