FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to destruction of waste with combustion and can be used in production of pyrolysis gas by means of thermal treatment of organic substance using pre-heated solid bodies essentially the same size. Proposed plant comprises pyrolysis furnace operating without oxygen at the pre-heated solid bodies essentially the same size, heating system for heating of solid bodies and delivery system of solid bodies, to transportation of heated solid bodies from heating system into the pyrolysis furnace and cooled solid bodies from furnace heating system. System for heating of solid bodies consists of several heating modules, with that heating buckets are arranged to turn around a common horizontal axis, and every bucket is made with the possibility of independent rotation, while the heating system additionally contains a guide rail for loading of solid bodies located above the buckets and equipped with carriage for loading of crucibles, and the guide rail for discharge of heated solid bodies arranged under buckets and equipped with a trolley for unloading of crucibles, with that, the modules and the carriage are made with the possibility of alternate actuation for delivery of heated solid bodies alternately with a uniform flow rate.
EFFECT: invention allows optimizing of the plant for production of pyrolysis gas due to design features of gates and heating modules.
