FIELD: glass industry; devices for production of the glass containers of the individual profile.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for production of the glass containers of the individual profile. The invention will improve the control over the process of molding the bottles in the blow molds. The device for production of the glass containers of the individual profile includes the point of the glass blowing used for the bottle molding out of the rough glass billet having the molded bottle collar. The point of the point of the glass blowing includes the blow mould having the lateral and lower sections for the rough glass billet holding, the source of the molding air, the valve tool for the selective connection of the source of the molding air with the blow mold of the bottle from the rough glass billet, the heat sensor for generation of the signal about the touch of the rough glass billet to the blow mold bottom, and the control device for control over the valve tool operation for connection of the source of the molding air with the blow mold on the basis of the time of the signal occurrence about the touch of the rough glass billet to the bottom of the blow mold.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved control over the process of the bottles molding in the blow molds.
