FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration protection of processing equipment. Proposed vibration isolator contains housing accommodating rod with piston. Vibration isolated mass held by springs is secured on end of rod. Dry friction damper is made in form of friction bushing with limiting stops at end faces, inner surface of friction bushing being in contact with piston, thus forming friction pair with coefficient of friction f1. Outer surface of bushing is in contact with at least two additional friction members, thus forming friction pair with coefficient of friction f2. Friction members are pressed to bushing through adjusting screws. Adjusting screws are coupled with slave servo motor, for instance, worm type, with self-braking train. Signal to energize servo motor passes from microprocessor which controls operation of dry friction damper according to preset curve and which is coupled with vibration acceleration transducer, for instance, piezocrystal type.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation.
