FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: vibration insulation of objects with variable weight is performed by means of elastic elements having internal damping. The frictional surfaces of the friction sleeve are divided into the inner and outer by means of limit stops and additional friction elements. The pressing force of additional friction elements to the surface of the hub is changed by means of adjusting screws connected to the worm-type executive servo motor. The signal for the activation of the servo motor comes from the microprocessor controlling the operation of the damper according to given characteristic, which is aligned with the analysis of signals from the piezocrystalline vibration acceleration sensor. The elastic elements are carried in between the end surfaces of the sleeve and the body, which are tuned to the resonance frequency of the vibration isolator. The friction sleeve is resonated and the vibration isolation system is switched to higher damping factor. The elastic element is made in the form of vibration isolator with a damping washer mesh package. The rod is disposed in the central part of the package, and between the package and the base of the vibration isolator, the upper and lower disc springs are fixed.

EFFECT: increased vibration isolation efficiency.
