FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolation of variable mass objects is carried out by means of elastic elements having internal damping. Frictional surface of the friction sleeve is separated into inner and outer by means of limit stops and additional friction elements. Pressing force of additional friction elements to the surface of the hub is changed by means of adjusting screws connected to the worm-type actuating servomotor. Signal for switching on the servomotor comes from a microprocessor controlling the operation of the damper according to a given characteristic, which is set during the analysis of signals from the piezo-crystal vibration acceleration sensor. Between the end surfaces of the friction sleeve and the body elastic elements are introduced, which are tuned to the resonant frequency of the vibration isolator. Friction sleeve is resonated and the vibration isolation system is switched to a higher damping factor. Resilient element is made in the form of a vibration isolator with a damping washer-type mesh package. In the central part of the package, the rod is disposed, and the upper and lower disk springs are fixed between the package and the base of the vibration isolator. Cavities of disk springs are filled with polyurethane.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
