SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes chicken fillet cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; potato and fresh mushrooms cutting and blanching; carrot blanching and cutting; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with canned green pea, couched bean, lemon juice, soy souse, table salt and black pepper. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
