SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparation of prescription components, cutting and frying in vegetable oil chicken, cutting and blanching potatoes and fresh mushrooms, blanching and cutting carrots, shredder and freezing fresh ornamental cabbage, mixing these components with canned green beans, germinated beans, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and black pepper, packing the resulting mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilization.
EFFECT: invention provides a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing the organoleptic properties of the desired product.
