SUBSTANCE: method for producing canned "vegetable stew with chicken," provides for the preparation of prescription components, cutting and frying in vegetable oil chicken, cutting and blanching potatoes and fresh mushrooms, blanching and cutting carrots, shredder and the freezing of fresh cabbage, mixing these components with canned green peas, sprouted beans, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and black pepper, packing the resulting mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilization, and use decorative cabbage. All components are taken at definite ratio.
EFFECT: invention provides a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
