FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out cutaneous cellular tissue graft in retroaural region and moving it to defect region. Cutaneous cellular tissue graft of retroaural region is cut out in trapezoid form. Internal surface of auricle is then created by moving the graft forwards into defect region defect. Crescent cartilage is additionally taken from conch poles and fixed to cartilage in defect region. Then in preaural region Tongue-shaped cutaneous cellular tissue graft on pedicle having its base belonging to temporal region is cut out and cartilage surface is closed with it. The feeding pedicle is cut after the moved tissue engraftment takes place.
EFFECT: improved aesthetic results; prevented auricle deformity relapses.
