SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the purification engineering for the waste waters purification from the suspended substances and may be used at the minerals dressing and at the solution of the problems of the environmental protection. The amalgamator-flocculator of the waste water contains the loading block, the mixing chamber and the activator. The activator is executed in the form of the alternating impellers and the bladed rings. The bladed rings are connected by their exterior edges with the mixing chamber. The impellers are arranged along the center of the mixing chamber. The loading block is mounted above the upper impeller. The inclination of the blades of the impellers is opposite to the inclination of the blades of the rings. The technical result of the invention consists in the increased effectiveness of the flocculation due to the more intensive stirring action of the stream divided into the set of the elementary sprays.
