SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of natural and sewage waters, and it is used for uniform distribution of solutions of reagents in mass of water under treatment. Said mixer is provided with chambers separated from each other by vertical walls. Chambers accommodate chaotically moving elements of irregular shape with center of gravity displaced relative to axis of rotation. Elements are made of inert material, density 1.10-1.25 kg/cu.dm.
EFFECT: increased turbulent activity of flow in zone of mixing, increased efficiency of mixing with solutions of reagents.
