FIELD: mechanical engineering, possible use for lowering pressure of liquid substances with low efficiency of acoustic transformations in gas flows.
SUBSTANCE: device for lowering pressure of a liquid substance contains a set of stacked disks, forming a perimeter and a hollow center, coaxial with longitudinal axis. Each disk has at least one passage for flow, situated between hollow center and perimeter. Passage for flow includes inlet portion, outlet portion and intermediate portion, situated between inlet and outlet portions. Each intermediate portion of flow passage has primarily spiral shape and includes a structure for lowering pressure and a restoration zone. Restoration zone is located further along the flow drive from the pressure lowering structure. Flow passages contains throttles formed by first and second edges, projecting from opposite walls of passage for flow. Pressure lowering structure contains a limiter. Aforementioned limiter is formed by a pair of edges passing inside. A variant of realization of pressure lowering device is included. A variant of assembly of pressure lowering device is included. Aforementioned method includes creation of a set of disks, having at least one flow passage. Flow passage divides the disk onto first and second solid parts. Each disk additionally includes first cross-connection, positioned between first and second solid parts. The method also includes stacking disks along the axis, fastening stacked disks together for forming a unit of stacked disks, removal of first cross-connection of each disk from the unit of stacked disks.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of aforementioned devices due to weakened noise, decreased vibration, decreased cavitation damage.
