SUBSTANCE: device for reducing fluid pressure comprises several cylinder inserted into each other, forming hollow structure with inner and outer surfaces and multiple channels extending between inner and outer surfaces of through inserted one into another cylinders, wherein at least one cylinder has first passages with cross-section essentially different from cross section shape of second passages in second cylinder and at least one first passage has first wetted perimeter, which is more than second wetted perimeter of round or rectangular passage passes with same cross section area of said at least one first pass, at that said at least one first passage has at least one of following: rectangular sides, polygonal shape, crescent shape, star shape, triangular shape, concave triangle shape, droplet shape, hexagonal, dihexagonal shape.
EFFECT: reduction in fluid water pressure.
