FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of hollow structure with internal surface and external surface, of multitude of disks stack in pile and of multitude of channels passing between internal and external surfaces. Each channel defines borders of a passage having area of cross section and the first wetted perimetre which is larger, than the second wetted perimetre, corresponding to the passage of a round or rectangular shape of cross section and the same area of cross section as of one of the channels.
EFFECT: reduced noise or pressure generated by process fluid medium used in corresponding hydro- or pneumatic system.
