FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making selection based on cardiac rhythm variability spectral analysis with wave frequencies being recorded in bandwidths of LF from 0.075 to 0.15 Hz, HF from 0.16 to 0.5 Hz. Very low frequency waves are recorded as VLF from 0.025 to 0.074 Hz, and ultra low frequency waves UVLF from 0 to 0.024 Hz. Spectral power density function values are determined in mentioned bandwidths and total cardiac rhythm power density is calculated from formula Power = PowerHF + PowerLF + PowerVLF + PowerUVLF, where PowerLF is the low frequency waves spectrum power density function, PowerHF is the high frequency waves spectrum power density function, PowerVLF is the very low frequency waves spectrum power density function and PowerUVLF the ultra low frequency waves spectrum power density function, in points. The Power value being less than 50 points, beta-blockers are prescribed. The value being equal to 50-150 points, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors are prescribed. The value being greater than 150 points, calcium antagonists are to be prescribed.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting efficient drugs; treatment effectiveness evaluation in dynamic mode.
