FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: patient is examined for hemodynamic characteristics of organism. In a rest patient while lying, 500 values of systolic blood pressure (SBP) are recorded in beat-to-beat mode. By fast Fourier transformation, spectral analysis of systolic blood pressure variability (SBPV) is carried out with determining the absolute values of SBPV spectral power in four frequency ranges including ultra-low frequency 0-0.025 Hz (ULF), very-low frequency 0.026-0.075 Hz (VLF), low-frequency 0.076-0.15 Hz (LF) and high-frequency 0.16-0.5 Hz (HF); and calculating the relative value of SBPV spectral power in low-frequency range (%LF) by original formula. If the %LF value is less than 38%, high risk of AH development is estimated.

EFFECT: possibility of noninvasive evaluation of disordered arterial pressure regulation mechanisms at the pre-clinical stage, thereby predicting AH development in practically healthy persons.
