SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat patients with arterial hypertension in chronic glomerulonephritis complicated by chronic kidney disease. Nephrocardioprotective therapy and an assessment of proteinuria are performed twice with an interval of a month. In the presence of proteinuria in the first analysis, 10 mg of Fosinopril once a day is administered. If there is more than 1.0 gram per day of proteinuria in the second analysis, the dose is increased to 20 mg once a day, then after 5 days from the start of treatment, the glomerular filtration rate is assessed and, if it decreases by more than 20% of the normative values, the daily dosage of Fosinopril is reduced for 5 mg.

EFFECT: method allows to individually select the therapy for arterial hypertension, which reduces the risk of progression of chronic kidney disease by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
