FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing intervertebral articulation in compressed canal projection in posterior access under X-ray control. Oval cone retractor is bluntly introduced as far as possible into intervertebral articulation. Tube is introduced into the retractor. Then, castellated mill is vertically set under endoscope control. Superior articular vertebral process takes 2/3 of mill circumference, and the inferior process takes 1/3 of mill circumference. Subjacent parts of articular facets under mill circle are removed under X-ray control with opening not penetrating into the intervertebral canal being formed. Inferior articular facet is removed to the intervertebral canal under endoscope control. Disciplinary soft collar is applied before taking-off sutures.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; favorable decompression conditions; functional recovery of cervical vertebral column segment; improved patient life quality.
