FIELD: fire-fighting, particularly powder compositions obtained to extinguish classes A, B, C fires and to suppress fire of energized electric plants under voltage up to 1000 V for industrial and domestic applications.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drying all components; performing hydrophobization of carbon white used as anti-caking additive with silicone substances along with carbon white milling and following thermostating thereof at 70-100°C temperature for 2-4 hours; milling basic components with addition of hydrophobized carbon black in amount of 20-40% by total mass weight; mixing all components of the composition.
EFFECT: increased fire-fighting efficiency and hydrophobic properties.
