FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; blast furnace process.

SUBSTANCE: in case of blocking-up of blast furnace hearth, washing agglomerate is introduced into blast furnace charge at the following ratio of components, %: Fe≥58.0;FeO≥20.00 at ratio of (CaO+MgO)/SiO2≤0.90 for replacement of 10÷50% of ore components in furnace charge; thermal conditions of fusion of washing agglomerate is regulated through change of mass of coke burden in feed with washing agglomerate according to definite dependence. For washing the blast furnace hearth, use is made of agglomerate obtained by sintering the charge containing the concentrate, ore, iron-containing waste of metallurgical process in form of blast furnace dust, sludge of blast furnace and agglomeration processes, aspiration dust, scale, fluxes in form of lime, limestone, dolomite and converter slag in form of crushed stone, fuel and return.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of blast furnace operation at low consumption of coke.
