FIELD: agriculture; drying technique used in agriculture for laying-in and the preliminary treatment of the licorice raw.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the drying technique and may be used in agriculture at the laying-in and the preliminary treatment of the licorice raw materials from the whole roots and the rootstocks of the bare licorice, the Ural's licorice, G.Korzhinsky's licorice, the rough licorice, the ventricose licorice. The device contains the body with the loading and unloading gears for feeding of the subjected to drying material to the opposite end sections of the body. The loading device is made in the form of the block of the in series installed rolls of the equal diameter with the arranged on them endless parallel branches of the rubberized belts and the installed under them vibrator and the collector of the mineral rubbish. The composition of the loading block in line with the production process includes the reception desk and the block of removal of the excessive moisture from the roots and the rootstocks of the licorice. The rear parts of the upper and lower frames are hinged on the common shaft of rotation. The upper and lower frames are Top and bottom cradles are additionally linked by the power hydraulic cylinder for pressing the root mass between the pairs of the rolls. The body for the subjected to drying material is supplied with the tubular electrical heaters (TEHs). The TEHs are arranged under the high-mass steel plates for the heat-mass exchange. Above the plates of the body there is the mounted conveyor with the heat-resistant continuous belt. The unloading gear is supplied with the mounted in pairs rolls for shelling the oblate and dried roots and the chute for gathering of the licorice raw. The device ensures production of the licorice raw in the form of fibers with the diameter of 0.1-1.2 mm and the length of 2-6 mm with humidity of 12-16 % with saving of the flavonoids, BAS and the glycyrrhizic acid.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the licorice raw in the form of fibers with the diameter below and about 1 mm and the length of 2-6 mm with humidity of 12-16 % with saving of the flavonoids, the glycyrrhizic acid, other components at the laying-in and the preliminary treatment of the licorice raw materials.
