SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the apparatuses for drying the disperse materials and may be used in microbiological industry, food processing industry, chemical industry and other industries. The apparatus for the drying the polymeric materials contains the loading hopper of the wet material with the screw feeder, the drying chamber with the support lattice, the burner with the mixing chamber, the turbo-gas blower and the system of the spent air purification. Under the support lattice of the apparatus there is the acoustic generator, which transforms the energy of the compressed air into the acoustic energy with the frequencies of the acoustic waves laying in the range of frequencies from 15 up to 16 kHz with the sound intensity from 2 up to 3 W/s at the treatment duration from 2 up to 5 minutes, and the dry product discharge is made through the fitting pipe located directly above the lattice on the side opposite to the loading of the wet material. At that the spent dusty gases are exposed to the preliminary acoustic treatment in the acoustic installation, which optimal parameters for the sound treatment of the mean-dispersive dust are the level of the sound pressure of 140 dB and more, the frequency of the vibrating motion of 900 Hz, the dust concentration in the airflow of no less than 2 g/m3, the duration of the sounding of 1.5 - 2 s, after that the gas stream is routed into the cyclone, where the main part of the dry material is separated, and the final purification of the gases is exercised in the hose filter, in the exhaust tract of which there is the mounted recycling valve switching the stream to the inlet of the mixing chamber of the burner. The technical result of the invention is the increased productivity of the drying process.
