SUBSTANCE: device comprises hopper for charging dump material, screw feeder, drying chamber provided with bearing grid, furnace provided with mixing chamber, turbine gas blower, and the system for cleaning the exhaust air. The sound emitter underlies the grid. The frequency of the acoustic waves emitted ranges from 15 to 16 kHz, with sound intensity ranging gas-from 2 to 3 W/s. The duration of sound treatment ranges from 2 to 5 min. The device for charging dump material comprises hopper, disk valve, and charging valve. The discharging device is made of a branch pipe provided with discharging conveyor. The dust removing system has acoustic cyclone provided with a built-in acoustical setup.
