FIELD: drying engineering.

SUBSTANCE: drier comprises hopper for charging dump material, screw feeder, drying chamber, furnace with mixing chamber, turbine gas blower, and system for cleaning exhaust air. The fluidizing drier is made of a housing separated into sections that receive bearing grids perpendicular to the axis of the housing, and the feeder is built in the lid of the apparatus housing. The fluidized heat-transfer agent is supplied from the furnace under the bearing grid. The furnace is provided with the mixing chamber. The heat and mass exchange devices made of coils and connected with the heat-transfer agent main pipelines are mounted above the grid to provide temperature control. The sections are interconnected through the branch pipes that are also used for discharging the dried material. The dust generated during drying is trapped by the system for dust trap.
