FIELD: traumatic surgery; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: bone fragments are re-positioned by rod-wood screw disposed at acute angle to axis of bone due to movement of nuts without slant along rod-wood screw. Shifts in fragments of bone after re-positioning is prevented due to avoiding of deformation of rod-wood screw disposed at sharp angle to axis of bone to axis of bone at meet tightening nuts on rod-wood screw. Device has arm-piece for fixing apparatus onto support, rod-wood screw, nuts and semi-spherical washers. Nuts are screwed upon rod-wood screw. Arm-piece is put on free end of rod-wood screw. Semi-spherical washers are put on rod-wood screw. Arm-piece is made with longitudinal slot and with recesses which parts correspond to radius of semi-spherical washers. Rod-wood screw is fixed in arm-piece by using semispherical washers.

EFFECT: free re-positioning of fragments of bones.
