SUBSTANCE: system for warning and communicating with people having special health needs can be used by handicapped persons and it is intended for creation of specialized apparatus equipment allowing people with dysfunctions, like deafness, weak vision, restricted mobility and others, to get widened information on events happening in their neighborhood or about events which can not be fixed by handicapped persons due to their limited capabilities. The events spoken could be door bell, phone ring, on-door speaker phone, whistle of teapot, knock at the door, dog's braking, people's talks, separate keywords or phrases, as well as events related to safety of user, including info on operation of alarm detectors, on visitors coming in etc. System demonstrates widened functional abilities. Device has set of coordinated units, which units are connected together by two-forked multiple digital (wireless) buses: on-hand receiver, signals recognition unit and external signal detectors set.
