Device contains connected with first computer fundus-camera, slitlamp, automatic refractometer, tonometer, biomicroscope, keratometer, first technical system for video conference provision, device of voice introduction, device of text document introduction based on active sensor screen, as well as second computer, connected with first computer. Device contains diagnostic centre, which includes connected with second computer second technical system for providing video conference, display for demonstration of data of performed examination results and database of results of performed examinations. Device additionally contains unit of formation of multi-window information about parameters of remote testing performance, connected with second computer, as well as unit of remote checking and correction of visual functions, connected with first computer and including: test monitor for formation of test tasks, unit for control of test monitor parameters, device for measuring patient-monitor distance, device for fixation of patient's eye movements, interactive panel for fixation of answers of tested person and device for separation of vision fields of left and right eyes.

EFFECT: remote examination of human vision organ is realised both by means of device diagnostics and by means of testing visual functions and/or training exercises.
