SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for ophthalmologic testing of vision of children, adults and special groups of population with limited abilities caused by health state, as well as for carrying out other types of interactive testing. Device for interactive assessment of visual, perceptive and cognitive abilities of person contains connected with the first control unit, unit of presenting optotypes, explanations and interface, unit of standard optotype memory and unit of remote test optotype switching. Device also contains connected with the second control unit, unit of fixation of testes person's answers, integral memory unit, which contains units of memory of multimedia explanations of tasks, algorithms of testing, modes of preparation and testing, standard and adapted for children optotypes. Unit of answer fixation is made in form of adapted for children interactive test control and contains units of sensor videomatrix, transceiver, master controller, sound indication, formation of image of sensor videomatrix and memory of videoelements, demonstrated on sensor videomatrix.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention will make it possible to increase accuracy and reliability of results of assessment of visual functions and perceptive and cognitive abilities in people with limited abilities caused by health state, including children, due to provision of interactive modes of testing, which do nor require from patient test-impeding actions.
