FIELD: machine engineering, possible removal of slag, corrosion products, scale of rolling process, burrs.

SUBSTANCE: combined tool includes end needle milling cutter and built-up face grinding tool mounted in coaxial rotating separately one from other in different directions hollow and central shafts respectively and they are adjusted for taking up their allowances whose sum is equal to total allowance value. Grinding wheel is built-up one, it includes diamond abrasive segments, is mounted in central shaft and it embraces it by means of needle milling cutter. Annular working end of needle milling cutter is intermittent one and it has dents and indentations whose width at least by two times less than width of dents arranged along Archimedean helix on working end of needle milling cutter. Said working end has lip inclined by acute angle α relative to worked surface.

EFFECT: possibility for taking large allowances, performing rough and finish working at enhanced efficiency and quality.
